Foot patrol (27/02/2026)

Rick and Lee were out on after-school and late afternoon patrols today (6.24 miles).

After spending more than an hour around Eastbrook School (p), a mile of Central Park (p) was covered, checking in with school children and parents.

In Rush Green, Fourth Avenue (4.45pm) and Harveys Lane were passed through, before full coverage of Parish Fields, from Foxglove Road (5.02pm, p) to Fuchsia Close.

Great Cullings, Eastbrook Drive and Fels Farm Mews (6.06pm) also saw visits, along with The Chase.

"I don't feel my age, and I probably don't act it half the time, but today it hit me just a little bit. I met a resident I was first introduced to when they were a newborn. Now they're up and running around...and 7 years old."
